Robert graduated from Berklee College of Music in 1975 and was the recipient of their prestigious RICHARD LEVY COMPOSITION AWARD
in his senior year. He went on to score documentaries and do music copying & orchestration for the Boston Symphony & Boston Pops.
In 1983 he moved to Los Angeles and began ghost-writing for Mike Post & Pete Carpenter on ABC’s Hardcastle & McCormick and scoring independent feature films.

He orchestrated a series of television theme songs for a recording by the Houston Symphony as well as a number of his own children’s
works for narrator & orchestra which were performed by the Minnesota Orchestra, Detroit Symphony and others.

He currently lives in Tucson, Arizona where he scores films and produces video projects for television.
